Driver killed, passenger hurt in Stockton crash
The 31-year-old man from Stockton who was driving the vehicle was killed, while the 32-year-old woman who was his passenger suffered major injuries, officers said.

Torres was driving a 2008 Dodge Caliber SRT southbound through a left-hand curve on Roberts Road just south of Muller Road when the vehicle, for unknown reasons, drifted off the right shoulder into a row of Italian cypress trees about 12:50 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
