Re Pershing Avenue accident
Re Pershing Avenue accident that involved SPD and a citizen who died. GOD bless our SPD but it would not surprise me that they were driving faster than conditions allowed. Another thing is driving code 3 through cars then continuing on code 2. What gives red lights or not, pick one or another please.
