Police have determined that the collision occurred as a 22-year-old Vallejo man lost control of his black 2002 Honda Accord in the northbound lanes of Sonoma Boulevard, crossed the double-yellow line and collided with a silver 2018 Dodge Challenger that was traveling southbound, Nichelini said.
