Car crash into hydrant causes flooding on Third Avenue in Chula Vista, California

Chula Vista firefighters and workers with the city’s Public Works Department responded to the area and helped residents impacted by the water, said Deputy Chief Harry Muns. He said 16 residents were displaced and assisted by Red Cross.
