Investigators released a forensic sketch artists rendition of the woman and photos of the clothes she was wearing when she was struck by a car around 10:20 p.m. Sept. 22 near the intersection of Cuyamaca Street and Weld Boulevard, the county Medical Examiners Office said Friday.
