Arrest Made in Deadly Hit-and-Run That Killed Fallbrook Woman On Evening Walk: CHP
On Monday the CHP identified the suspect as 36-year-old Pasqual Domingo Pasqual Cristobal. Cristobal was arrested Sunday and booked at the Vista Detention Facility on felony hit and run, DUI causing death, and manslaughter charges, according to the CHP.

Symone Conley, 60, was run down by an eastbound pickup truck that veered out of a traffic lane on Gird Road near Laketree Drive, jumped a curb and struck her from behind about 5 p.m. Thursday, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office.
