A gray four-dour passenger vehicle crashed through a fence along the right should of I-8, slammed into a tree then rolled over for several yards before it came to a stop.
The victim, a transient, was on the north side of the fence when he was struck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Why every fatality from a crash is not legally a wrongful death
