Jacob Lee Terro, of Oceanside, was riding east on his Buell motorcycle about 12:21 p.m. Sunday when his motorcycle crossed onto the right shoulder of the freeway to bypass multiple cars near Jefferson Street, the Medical Examiner’s Office said Wednesday in a news release.
