A bicyclist was killed Thursday morning in a collision with a cement truck.
A bicyclist was killed Thursday morning in a collision with a cement truck.
The incident happened around 10 a.m. at the intersection of South Las Posas Road and Grand Avenue in San Marcos.
According to police, a man was riding a bike across the street against a red light and the driver of the cement truck hit him while making a right turn.
The driver was not cited.
