Pedestrian killed in collision on Interstate 805 off ramp in San Ysidro, California

According to initial reports from San Diego Police Department, on the morning of 10/15/2020 the decedent was walking westbound on San Ysidro Boulevard. When she attempted to cross the northbound Interstate 805 off ramp, a sports utility vehicle exiting the freeway struck the decedent.
