Car becomes entangled in downed power lines leading to accident on Highway 29 in Napa County, California

Crash on Highway 29 Sunday night closes route

After the first crash, another one occurred higher up the hill, according to Cal Fire.
Highway 29 was closed in Napa County near Mt. St. Helena Sunday night after a car accident. The accident occurred at around 8:50 PM when a car became entangled in fallen power lines. The accident occurred during rainfall in the area, however it is not known whether weather conditions were a factor in the accident. A second crash in the area occurred afterwords.
