Two killed, six injured in Hayward crash

Anyone with information on the case, including the identity of the Pontiac driver, is asked to call Hayward police Sgt. Jason Corsolini at (510) 293-7149.
It was shortly after 9:00pm when Saiyed was speeding north on Industrial Boulevard and lost control of his vehicle, which began to spin before colliding with a tree in the median, and finally striking a southbound car on Industrial Boulevard. Both Saiyed and her passenger Hundal were ejected from the vehicle, likely because neither of them were wearing a seatbelt. Responders found Saiyed dead at the scene of the accident, and though Hundal was transported to the hospital, he died shortly thereafter. There were six people in the southbound car, and all of them were hurt though only two were taken to the hospital and they have already been released. Investigation continues to determine if alcohol or drugs contributed to the accident; check back for updates.

What rights and options do injured people have after an auto accident in San Francisco, or anywhere in the Bay Area?

After a car crash, injured people need to learn about their rights before they speak with an insurance adjuster. Since insurance companies have huge resources to use to fight any personal injury claim, it is important to get information and support from a San Francisco/San Jose attorney, to learn about options and find the best way to move forward.
