What's the best way to help a San Francisco motorcycle accident victim?

When a motorcycle crash happens in San Francisco, the driver is often seriously injured or killed. Since a motorcycle is smaller and lighter than other vehicles, and since the rider is unprotected from the force of a collision, the consequences of a serious accident can be life changing for the rider and family members.
