Two cars collide after alleged street racing accident, one car ends up in San Francisco Bay near Candlestick Park in San Francisco, California

According to witnesses, two cars were racing near Candlestick park before crashing into each other, causing one vehicle to end up submerged in San Francisco Bay. One of the drivers involved claims it was not a racing crash. The driver that was in the car that landed in the bay survived and escaped with only minor injuries. The car was recovered too, but sustained significant damage.
