Norwich Teen Killed In Go-Cart Crash
A 16-year-old Norwich boy died after his homemade go-cart flipped during a crash in Montville.
According to Connecticut State Police, Christopher Smith of Norwich was riding a go-cart near Caroline Drive Sunday afternoon when the vehicle rolled over several times. The teen was pronounced dead at the scene.
