Olvin Cruz killed and three injured in accident caused by alleged drunk driver on Long Wharf Drive in New Haven.

New Haven Police have arrested a drunk driver responsible for a fatal hit-and-run accident early Sunday morning. While police were investigating, witnesses came forward and reported that a white Toyota Rav 4 had been involved and was parked on Church Street South near Union Ave. Police located that vehicle parked on the street with the operator still inside. The driver, whose identity is unknown at this time, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
