Bicyclist breaks hip

Police tell News 8 an oil truck was on its way to the terminal to fill up when it collided with the bike. The bike rider was wearing head-phones, but it’s unclear if that was a factor in the accident.
The cyclist was diagnosed with a broken hip. The driver of the oil truck was not cited.
