The crash was reported at 9:30 p.m. and when police arrived they found two heavily damaged cars. The drivers were still inside their vehicles, a Fiat 500 and a Mazda 626
While Layaw was out of the car walking around and sustained lesser injuries, both Wagner and Kirkman had to be cut from the vehicles and were both taken to Hartford Hospital.
