Police confirmed the accident occurred around 4:15 p.m. Saturday. Life threatening injuries have been reported and at least one person was transported to Westchester County Hospital in New York for treatment.

John Hoffman of Gloucester, New Jersey, who was driving a tractor trailer hit a "curvature in the road," according to Fox 61, and then was blinded by the sun and ended up hitting Coyt-Orozco.
