Delaware state police say a Virginia man was killed when the SUV he was riding in ran a stop sign at an intersection north of Dover, leading to a two-vehicle crash
Police say 20-year-old Rod Zarafshar of McLean, Virginia, was driving the SUV that ran through the stop sign. A pickup truck hit the vehicle on the passenger side. The passenger, 20-year-old Hunter Watson of McLean, Virginia, was killed. Zarafshar was taken to a hospital, as was the driver of the pickup truck.
