57-year-old pedestrian struck and killed by a car on North DuPont Highway in Dover, Delaware

According to Master Corporal Ryan Schmid, the Dover Police Department received a 911 call around 9:35 p.m. about a crash involving a pedestrian near the intersection of North DuPont Highway and Kings Highway NE. Upon arrival, officers found the victim and immediately rendered aid. He was rushed to Bayhealth Kent Campus, where he succumbed to his injuries.
