Jacob Langshaw, 24, died three others injured in a two-vehicle head-on collision on Warwick Road in Middletown, Delaware

Officials said according to preliminary reports, two vehicles, a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Mercury Grand Marquis, were involved in a head-on collision near the solid double yellow lines. The exact circumstances leading up to the collision remain unclear, including the direction in which both vehicles were traveling before the incident and which vehicle crossed over the double yellow line into the oncoming lane.
