24 People Hurt After Trolley Overturns Along Del. Highway

The trolley appears to have been chartered by a group as the company's Facebook page said the regular fixed shuttle route was not in operation this weekend.

A man who answered the phone at Jolly Trolley said the company had no comment at this time when asked about the incident.
