The crash took place at about 5:20 a.m. Saturday, June 18 as the 2005 Dodge Neon was traveling northbound on Shawnee Road. The car left the roadway, spun clockwise and hit a tree, then continued onward until it came to a stop in the front yard of a nearby home.
