The Florida Highway Patrol said Hugo Garrido-Cruz, 32, was driving a 2003 Dodge Ram with a trailer north on county road 771 approaching Marathon Boulevard shortly before 5 p.m. when he struck the side of a 2010 Chevy Colorado driven by Alban Bianco, 80, of Gorham, Maine.
