According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the SUV was traveling west on Cypress Lake Drive, approaching Mariner Way just before 2 a.m. The right side of the SUV hit the north curb, causing the driver to lose control, veer off the roadway, and collide with a condo building located on Mariner Way.
