Forty-seven years after Larry and Jane Glazer were married in Temple B'rith Kodesh, hundreds of relatives and friends gathered at the Brighton temple to say goodbye to the well-known, well-loved couple.

Design flaw led to 2014 Glazer plane crash

The report concluded that the design of the cabin pressurization system, was "prone to unnecessary shutdown," and that the pilot's emergency checklist "prioritized troubleshooting over ensuring that the pilot was sufficiently protected from hypoxia."

The plane became unresponsive and kept flying out over the Atlantic Ocean. Two fighter jets were dispatched to escort the plane but had to leave as it entered Cuban airspace. Investigators believe the cabin of the plane may have been depressurized, leaving the Glazers unconscious.
