Joseph Jannelli, 40, killed and Steven Fordham, 31, injured in collision with hit-and-run vehicle on N. Main Street in Jacksonville, Florida

Investigators said the passenger, Joseph Jannelli, 40, was not wearing a seatbelt at the time and was thrown from the vehicle. He was flown to UF Health Jacksonville where he later died.
