Law enforcement officers are looking for a Nissan Pathfinder involved in a fatal Jacksonville hit-and-run early Monday that killed a scooter rider. Michael Lee Moon, 37, of Jacksonville was riding on Normandy Boulevard east of Stratton Road about 12:35 a.m.
