Broward Sheriff's Fire Rescue spokesman Mike Jachles told reporters the family was in Florida to go on a cruise leaving Port Everglades on Monday. Their identities weren't released Sunday night.

The three victims and the truck driver, a 57-year-old man from Pembroke Pines, were taken to Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale.
The woman's lower left leg was severed, and her brother sustained a serious right leg injury. Their father sustained minor injuries, Jachles said.
