2 injured in Pensacola Beach scooter crash
Megan Kelley and Nicole Woolbright, both 18 and from St. Charles, Missouri, were riding on a scooter westbound along Via de Luna near Avenida 19 around 12:38 p.m., followed by a Jeep Cherokee driven by Akash Srivastava, 40, of Austin, Texas. The Jeep was overtaking the scooter when Kelley, the scooter’s driver, lost control of the vehicle and collided with the car, according to a Florida Highway Patrol release.
