Two critical, one dead in crash on ISB Saturday morning

The Florida Highway Patrol said a van and a pickup were westbound on International Speedway Blvd., near the Tiger Bay State Forest, when the pickup failed to slow as the van ahead of it had its emergency flashers on, and reduced speed to pull off of the road.
