Ormond Beach police say 24-year-old Michael Rosales was riding his motorcycle on U.S. 1 when a car turned left into his path. The bike slammed into the vehicle's passenger side, trapping 17-year-old Leah Bann in the front seat. She later died at the scene.

The motorcycle was proven to be doing over 100 mph and ran the redlight. this report seems to make the driver of the car at fault. I don't think that is accurate here.
