2-year-old struck, killed by ATV in Sumter

The ATV "was later removed from the crash scene and has not been inspected by Troopers," FHP said.
On Sunday evening, Terry Killings Jr., 28, of Wildwood, was driving an ATV on County Road 235 northwest of Wildwood when he swerved to avoid hitting a child who ran into a Sumter County road. He then struck two people standing on the side of the road, killing Jakhyrian Graham, 2, of Wildwood, and seriously  injuring Johnny L. Williams, 56, of Leesburg. The toddler was transported to UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, where he died. Williams was taken to Ocala Regional Medical Center. Killings Jr. was ejected from the ATV and was taken to the Ocala hospital with serious injuries. The ATV was removed from the accident scene, and anyone with information about the whereabouts of the it is asked to contact FHP at 813-631-4020.
