Wendell Lloyd Nissing, 63, of Abbeville, AL was pulling a trailer and boat with a Chevy Silverado north on Thomas Drive when he hit a bump in the road. Troopers said Nissing didn't secure the tongue of the boat trailer to the truck's receiver hitch which caused the trailer to come loose and hit a power pole.
