Hit-and-run crash suspect turns herself in
According to Panama City Police, the motorcycle was traveling west bound on Highway 98 when the hit-and-run vehicle pulled in front of it, causing the motorcycle to hit the rear of the car.

Carrie Diane French, 17, is charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving death and driving without a valid driver's license. Police say French later turned herself in.
