Elisha Thames, 51, was driving south on SR 85 about 9:45 a.m. Wednesday before she stopped in the driveway of 2010 SR 85, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. She tried to make a U-turn and entered the path of a white Honda Accord driven by 42-year-old Carl Robbins, according to a media release from the FHP.
