'One of the best': FSU jazz faculty mourning after student killed in hit-and-run crash
Investigators believe the vehicle involved in the crash is a possible 1999-2004 blue Mustang that is now missing the hood and the passenger headlight as a result of the crash. The vehicle was last seen traveling westbound on West Pensacola Street.
Arrest made in fatal hit-and-run of FSU jazz student
Ryan Walters, 27, was arrested Thursday on charges of hit and run-failure to remain at a crash involving death and driving on a suspended license.
