The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is investigating a motorcycle accident on Lutz Lake Fern Road at Sunlake Blvd. in Lutz.
Around 9 a.m. on Sunday, Carl Reitano was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle with a group of other motorcyclists when a woman driving a Ford Explorer drove into the path of the bikers, colliding with Reitano and another motorcyclist, Brandon Gimlin. Reitano was pronounced deceased at the crash site. Deputies said both men were wearing helmets. Check back for more information as it becomes available.
