One killed, three hurt in U.S. 301 wrong-way crash
About 12:08 p.m., a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu driven by John Richard Meade, 64, was northbound in the southbound lanes of U.S. 301 for unknown reasons, the FHP said. North of Gibstonton Drive, the Chevrolet tried to make a U-turn in front of two other vehicles but failed, colliding head-on with a 2013 Ford Explorer driven by Tracy Debolt, 31, of Riverview.
