Following the collision, Hall continued to flee, heading east toward Highlands County before again turning around and heading west, weaving in and out of traffic, according to investigators. Deputies decided to utilize a PIT maneuver to force Hall off the road, where his Charger rolled over before coming to rest around a mile west of Skipper Road.
