The incident happened at about 10:30 p.m. near Arbor Hill Court and Bennett Road. Gwinnett police spokeswoman Cpl. Michele Pihera said the road was re-opened at 1:13 a.m.
Boyd’s sister, Autumn, said Ashlyn was ejected about 15 feet out of the vehicle and got up to pull a friend out of the car only to immediately pass out.
