The vehicle that allegedly set off the chain of events, a silver Toyota RAV4, was driven by Kuan Zhen, 63. He sustained serious injuries and was lifeflighted to an Atlanta Hospital. The vehicle that he hit on the other side of I-20, a Toyota Tacoma, was driven by Darren Horton, 51, of Milledgeville.
