43-year-old woman killed after deadly accident in Cobb County, police say
Police said that around 5:33 p.m., 43-year-old Charlene Lott of Columbus was driving a silver Honda Accord eastbound on Dallas Highway when she lost control of her vehicle. The vehicle rotated counterclockwise toward the westbound lane, police said. A driver of a black Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck tried to turn left, entering the Honda's path. Police said the front of the pickup truck collided with the right front of a Lexus.
