The Georgia State Patrol has also charged Boddie with driving under the influence, failure to obey traffic control devices, theft by receiving, fleeing or attempting to elude, reckless driving, driving while unlicensed, passing in a no passing zone, serious injury by vehicle, and a seat belt violation.
Authorities say the driver of a stolen car caused a deadly crash that killed a woman in East Point. Police say an officer was trying to stop a car that had been reported stolen Saturday and began pursuing the car after the driver refused to stop. The driver fled police and later hit a car carrying 29-year-old Tiffany Nicole Madison, who later died. Five people, including the person suspected of stealing the car, Quidarius Boddie, were hospitalized. Details on their conditions weren't immediately available. Boddie will face a number of charges and will be tried as an adult even though he is 15 years old.
