The collision occurred on Forest Hill Road at its intersection with Buck Road around 12:42 p.m. Monday, according to police. An 18-year-old from Powder Springs was heading south in a black 2016 Toyota Corolla as a 23-year-old pedestrian crossed Forest Hill Road from the eastern sidewalk.
