Thirty-seven-year-old Kimberly Mims, of Macon, was driving east on Eisenhower Parkway in a 2002 Nissan SUV when the light turned green when she was hit by 65-year-old Evelin Hurley, of Macon. Hurley was attempting to turn left onto Harrison Road.
