Four people in the Chevy Malibu were also transported to Memorial from the scene of the crash, the car was being driven by a mother with her three boys. Two of the boys have been released from the hospital and one son is still at the hospital along with his mother who is in stable condition.
A tractor-trailer that was driving on Highway 84 lost a tire, causing a Chevy Malibu to swerve into a Mercedes Sedan to avoid it. The Mercedes was driven by 59-year-old James Jones, and in the car was 57-year-old Janice Jones and a baby. James Jones is in stable condition, and the baby did not suffer major injuries. Janice Jones suffered a skull fracture and is in critical condition at a medical center. There were four people in the Chevy Malibu: a mother and three boys. One boy was hospitalized in stable condition and the other two have been released from the hospital.
