Thurmond said a 2007 Chevy Impala driven by Rondrick Dixon, 37, of Liberty County was traveling westbound on E. B. Cooper Highway towards Walthourville. The Impala veered into the eastbound lane colliding with a 1999 Chevy Silverado pickup truck driven by Robert Stauffer, 35.
