Michael W. Fox, 64, identified as deceased in moped crash on Hina Lani Street, Kailua Kona, HI. Fox was reported to have been passing on the right as a car turned left onto Anini Street when his moped appeared to hit a rut and he was thrown, with the moped landing on his lower half. Fox was taken to a local hospital and later flown to Oahu where he was pronounced dead.
